We are seeking an Oracle Customer Care and Billing Senior Architect with 8 or more years of experience to lead tperson design of scalable, secure CCB solutions, including defining overall architecture and integration with otperson enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Provide technical governance, define best practices for tperson use of Oracle technologies, and ensure tperson solution meets security, performance, and data governance standards.

Provide oversight for CCB configuration, customization, and extensions, ensuring they align with tperson overall architecture.

Work with cutover, testing, and infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end readiness and a successful deployment.

Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks, provide expert-level diagnostics and performance tuning, and support tperson system during and after go-live.

Create and maintain detailed documentation of testing outcomes, workflows, and issue resolutions

Lead design workshops and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. Collaborate with stakeholders to align CCB solutions with business requirements and objectives.
