Job descriptionBe the face of our store—greet customers, build relationships, and understand their needs Provide expert product knowledge and recommend solutions that fit their style and budget Stay informed on promotions, new product launches, and service updates Maintain a clean, organized showroom and assist with moving furniture (30–50 lbs) Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales goals Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment 18 years of age or older Prior sales experience (Furniture preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Computer proficiency Goal-driven, competitive, and accountable Positive, patient, and adaptable team player Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts effectively Flexible availability (possible days, evenings, weekends, holidays) Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs., move furniture.
