About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President, Head of Staffing Sales and Growth to spearhead the launch of a new staffing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a national go-to-market strategy, with a focus on the Warehouse, 3PL, Cold Storage, Manufacturing, and Data Center sectors. This role requires a seasoned professional with 15-25 years' experience in the staffing industry, a proven track record of selling to the C-suite, and expertise in high-volume, unskilled light industrial workforce solutions. The EVP will be tasked with building and scaling the business, managing a significant portfolio, and leading a team to achieve double-digit gross profit growth.
Applicants for the EVP position should have a background in managing large portfolios across the manufacturing and light industrial sectors, as well as experience in hiring senior-level, strategic sales representatives. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial, servant leadership style, and be capable of launching a new business and closing key early-stage deals. The role offers the opportunity to work with a fully funded division and an existing near-shore recruiting engine, HR / Payroll infrastructure, and active vendor relationships. The EVP will have the platform to move fast and win big, with the support of a $500M+ organization, and will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and go-to-market strategy for the new business unit.
