CRH Americas Materials (AMAT) is searching for a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to support and drive national and regional sales strategies. The Sales Development Manager will partner with local businesses and their leadership teams to help create, manage, and execute business plans that deliver increased sales opportunities and align with big-picture sales goals. As the Sales Development Manager, you will remain actively engaged and serve as the liaison for local and national sales initiatives. Your role focuses on three key areas : Customer Service, Training, and Sales Strategies. Your key contributions include :
Customer Service
- Respond to all types of requests in a timely manner. Diagnose or troubleshoot problems for quick resolution
- Generate and customize detailed Program reports for commercial sales teams, as required
- Recommend feasible strategies and tactics to significantly improve business performance
- Work with sales team to identify market needs and opportunities
Training
Deliver training on sales best practices to large and small audiencesCoordinates with central sales operation on the design and rollout of Business Intelligence tools, Customer Relationship Management reporting and tracking, and campaign analyticsLead sustainability efforts for sales methodology, processes, and tools that support the selling process and improvement of Customer ExperienceSales Strategies
Support national and regional strategic initiatives by developing and executing actionable plans through training and business analyticsSupport the development and delivery of key performance metrics to leadershipAnalyzing geographic sales territories and identifying revenue growth potentialUtilizing and implementing comprehensive pipeline reports to track opportunitiesAdministering, managing, analyzing, and reporting sales forecastingJob Requirements
3+ years of related experienceStrong familiarity with commercial sale structure in the building materials industryExperience with Tableau and Salesforce.comAbility to proficiently analyze complex data resulting in actionable deliverablesStrong analytical thinking and problem solvingEffective presentation skills. Clearly communicates, written and verbal. Ability to adapt message to fit the audienceBuilding and maintaining customer (internal & external) relationships50% travel nationallyCompensation
Base of $90,000 - $110,000 plus bonusLocation
