• 30-minute call response time required 1 : 3 call ratio
• 2 - 5 patient encounters per shift with average of 4 - 6 patients
• Call coverage only position
• 3 - 6 phone consults with both pre and post-rounding
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
