Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that blends business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. They drive sales by analyzing the business and delivering best-in-class customer service. They oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines and drive efficiency in all store processes. They apply creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. They lead talent efforts, including recruiting, training, engagement, and development.
