Job description

Job Title : Acute Med / Surg RN - Stroke Unit

Location : Multiple Locations

Type : Contract

Pay Rate : $50-$60 / hour

Position Overview :

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a skilled Medical / Surgical Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will have strong Med / Surg, Stroke, and Stepdown experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Requirements :

2+ years of Med / Surg nursing
Direct Stroke & Stepdown experience
Travel experience required
EPIC competency required
RN license in state of assignment
BLS mandatory, ACLS desirable
Effective communication and clinical judgment

Responsibilities :

Care for adult Med / Surg and Stroke Stepdown patients

Track neurological changes and interpret clinical shifts

Administer medications & treatments

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teammates

Participate in stroke protocol activation

Document thoroughly in EPIC
