Those in tax compliance at PwC will focus on validating clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations. You will review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non-compliance.

The Opportunity As part of the Wealth Management Tax Services team you are going to lead the way as technology-enabled tax advisors who provide benefits through digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies. As a Manager you are going to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. Additionally, you are going to be responsible for leveraging team strengths, managing performance to deliver on client expectations, and embracing technology and innovation to enhance your delivery.

What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting - 4 years of experience - CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity - Job seekers need to demonstrate that the minimum requirements are met for CPA licenture per respective state regulations.

The salary range for this position is : $99,000 - $266,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
