Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Were seeking a dependable and experienced Retail Supervising Pharmacist for a full-time opportunity in Flushing, NY. This position is available for an immediate start and will initially be a 48 week contract with the intent to transition to a permanent hire.

Schedule :

Monday Friday, 9 : 30 AM 5 : 30 PM

Setting :

Independent retail pharmacy environment with a supportive technician team. The pharmacy fills approximately 7080 prescriptions daily, with slightly higher volume at the start of each month.

Responsibilities :

Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure pliance with all state and federal regulations

Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and staff

Verify, dispense, and counsel patients on prescriptions accurately and efficiently

Manage inventory, ordering, and insurance processing

Maintain a patient-centered approach and foster a positive, collaborative work environment

Qualifications :

PharmD or Bachelors in Pharmacy from an accredited program

Active New York Pharmacist License (in good standing)

Previous retail or independent pharmacy experience preferred

Experience with MicroMerchant / PrimeRx strongly preferred

Fluent in English; Mandarin fluency is a plus

Excellent munication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Confident managing operations as the Pharmacist in Charge
