WME is seeking an Account Manager that will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day servicing of a client's across entertainment marketing. The position will report to the Director and will be based in Los Angeles.

  • Day-to-day support of entertainment marketing client
  • Manage client approval process
  • Establish the tracking process for initiatives including marketing services tracking
  • Manage Creative Resources in building presentations
  • Coordinate and manage necessary weekly and bi-weekly calls
  • Support the creation and implementation marketing materials. This will include, but not be limited to, development of creative elements, client marketing presentations, securing approvals from rights-holders, distribution of materials to the client
  • Provide and analyze industry trends, research, competitive analysis, and POVs
  • Ongoing exploration of partnership strategy based on client needs
  • Coordination and management various projects and workstreams.
  • Support, follow up and track all industry needs / requests
  • Support tracking, audit, approval of development slate
  • Provide recap reports of projects and programs
  • Collaborate with external properties and internal WME Agency divisions
  • Attend client events, as necessary
  • Provide guidance and day-to-day consulting for the client's including support across strategy, talent identification, contract negotiation and asset management
  • Recommend asset allocation, develop distribution and tracking process, and manage the delivery and implementation of talent assets
  • Host planning sessions, discuss best practices, provide evaluations and plan development, and advise on talent-related initiatives and opportunities
  • Create and maintain client-ready materials, such as POVs, recommendations, activation plans and competitive analysis, and recognize new opportunities & emerging trends
  • Interface with other account team members, client(s) and all appropriate agencies and partner properties daily to coordinate all fulfillment aspects of assigned programs and projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans and manage timelines to ensure deadlines and deliverables are within budget
  • Serve as a subject matter expert by utilizing industry relationships and expertise to supply recommendations and support new business
  • Provide support to Director and SVP on overarching account management and planning

Management and execution of brand integrations.

Day-to-day client relationship management

Project management including identifying, vetting and drafting recommendations for tv / film partners.

Leverage existing network of relationships across the industry including producers, writers, agents, managers, etc.

Assist with the creation of marketing and program materials to support initiatives.

Management of internal tracking documents, monthly client reports and campaign recaps.

Budget tracking, scope drafting

Collaborate with colleagues in other divisions across WME Group to share learnings and gather upstream intelligence.

Education And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of agency or client-based account management experience (specific disciplines could include sponsorship marketing, partnership marketing, event marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing)
  • Large-scale event and soccer experience preferred
  • Ability to manage day-to-day relationships with client and agency(s)
  • Experience with on-site event marketing operations and logistics
  • Experience working with internal teams (account / creative) as well as other agency partners
  • Superior client relationship / service skills
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups
  • Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel ~10% of the time
  • Exceptional in MS Office Suite
  • Experience working with payment companies, finance or retail banking a plus
