Groundfloor is hiring a Director of Demand Generation to own and drive our customer and user acquisition engine within the Lending Business Unit. This role is for someone who will be in the weeds building campaigns, testing new channels, and optimizing performance every day. At the same time, you'll be setting the vision, scaling processes, and building a team that can match your pace. You'll partner tightly with Leadership, Sales, Revenue Operations, and the Operations teams to deliver campaigns that move the needle on pipeline and revenue.
