Job Description

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing data management and information flow within the organization, ensuring client satisfaction, achieving revenue and cost targets, improving quality and productivity, employee satisfaction, and maintaining attrition within norms.

Responsibilities

  • Capacity planning and staffing based on medium-term business forecasts.
  • Negotiating and finalizing SLAs with clients.
  • Establishing review and reporting mechanisms with clients.
  • Developing and approving incentive plans.
  • Leading process and performance improvement projects.
  • Developing case studies, showcasing the business, and participating in business acquisition.
  • Reviewing attrition action plans and assessing their effectiveness.
  • Providing leadership to teams of lead assistant managers, team leaders, and agents.
  • Setting goals aligned with organizational objectives and developing strategies to meet targets and client expectations.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and information security standards.
