This program provides comprehensive, performance based, Base Operations Services (BOS) for the headquarters of a major customer in the intelligence community, located in the National Capital Region (NCR). Support includes program management, workforce and security support services, logistics, environmental and occupational health, project management, operations, maintenance, repair, grounds maintenance and custodial services for the 2.5 million square foot state-of-the-art headquarters building, limited support to adjacent customer buildings, and over 100 small satellite locations. The program requires a highly capable team to ensure mission-critical systems and environments operate efficiently and securely, supporting thousands of personnel in a dynamic and evolving environment. This position is contingent based on contract award.

Responsibilities V2X is seeking a certified, experienced Energy Manager (EM) to serve as the primary Contractor point of contact for energy management associated with this program.

Qualifications Required Qualifications : The candidate shall, as a minimum, possess a Bachelor's degree with an Engineering technical background (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil, etc.). Must be a certified Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Associate or Accredited Professional (AP), Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and a Certified Energy Manager (CEM). At least five (5) years of experience performing energy and resource management functions, including : Development and maintenance of a strategic energy management plan. Trend analysis for greenhouse gases, fuel consumption, water consumption, sewer throughput, peak performance, and energy consumption. Development of energy conservation reports. Security Clearance Requirement : This position requires a current Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS / SCI) Clearance.
