What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact : Support clients via phone, email, and in person with pricing, testing information, and order details.
- Own the quoting process :
Understand client needs and project requirements.
Provide technical guidance and recommend the right testing solutions.Draft, edit, and finalize accurate quotes within deadlines.Follow up regularly to build client loyalty and encourage repeat business.Collaborate across teams : Partner with engineers during testing stages to deliver a seamless client experience.Keep records sharp : Maintain complete and accurate documentation in Salesforce—capturing all client interactions, updates, and project details.Level up your skills : Take on more complex testing quotes, analyze data, and even lead daily huddles.Be the client advocate : Spot issues early, escalate when needed, and always push to deliver exceptional service.What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.3–5 years of strong customer service or sales support experience.Ability to read and interpret technical documents, protocols, or industry specs.Excellent written and verbal communication skills —you’ll need to explain technical concepts clearly.Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid computer literacy.Previous experience in packaging, product testing, or a related field is preferred.Who You Are
