Conduent seeks an experienced marketing professional to join our Transportation business unit as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Transportation Solutions.

In this unique role, youll be responsible for product marketing, sales enablement, and demand generation initiatives as part of the global marketing and communications organization.

We are looking for a collaborative, self-motivated, digital-savvy marketing guru who understands how technology products, solutions, and systems integration services are marketed and sold to government agencies and transportation authorities.

Youll join a team of experienced marketing professionals using the latest best practices and tools to support our rapid growth in the U.S. and abroad.

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing strategies, platforms, and techniques for product marketing, demand generation marketing, and sales enablement.

The ideal candidate also will possess a working knowledge of the Transportation sector and / or the state and local government marketplace.

This is an individual contributor role with high visibility to senior executives and room for future growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conceive, plan, and execute integrated campaigns to bring new products, services, and solutions to market via digital channels, joint partner activities, events, and a global sales / business development organization.
• Apply proven product marketing principles (such as the Pragmatic Marketing Framework) to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of solution launches.
• Develop product marketing strategies in conjunction with business leaders to include market and competitive research, journey mapping, persona development, and messaging.
• Position Conduent Transportation as an innovator and technology-driven thought leader in the Transportation industry.
• Interlock with internal stakeholders in product management, technology, and sales to develop product marketing strategies and tactical launch plans to reach targeted audience segments and decision makers.
• Collaborate with colleagues in market intelligence, field marketing, thought leadership marketing, sales enablement, demand generation, external communications, brand / digital marketing, analyst / advisor relations, government affairs, and external agencies.
• Exercise your creativity in the development and maintenance of sales collateral, presentations, videos, microsites, training materials, digital advertising campaigns, sponsorships, demos, speaking engagements, award submissions, association relationships, search engine marketing programs, and other business-to-government marketing tactics.
• Measure and report performance of campaigns activated through multiple channels and customer touch points and assess success against established metrics and goals.
• Support other public sector lines of business with product marketing support as needed.

Position Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, technology, government, communications, urban planning, or another relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in integrated product marketing, brand marketing, and / or sales enablement marketing, ideally with a provider of technology products and services;

familiarity with the Pragmatic Marketing Framework is desired.

• Demonstrated knowledge of public sector marketing best practices within the state and local government and / or transportation sectors (including Internet of Things, Smart Cities, public safety, or mobility).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (copywriting, documentation, and presentations).
• Ability to think strategically and operate tactically.
• Collaborative team player who is adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working in a matrixed organization, interfacing with executives, sales leaders, product managers, and technical contributors.
• Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate government buyers.
• Organized and self-motivated with proven project management skills.
• Familiarity with current marketing technology (Marketo, Domo, Salesforce, Ceros, SmartSheet) as well as competency with MS Office 365 applications.
• Solid analytical skills and data-driven thinking to support performance analysis, market research, and reporting.

• Based in Florham Park, NJ or remote / work from home
• Minimal travel requirements; up to 10% of the time for meetings or events
