Festival Foods Cashier Position

Join our team as a Festival Foods Cashier! This part-time position offers a flexible schedule and a supportive work environment. We are seeking Cashiers to provide outstanding service to our customers, ensuring each shopper leaves ready to "boomerang" back again.

As a key part of our retail and grocery store team, your responsibilities will include :

• Engage with guests : Engage in friendly conversations, make eye contact, and ensure every guest feels welcome and valued.
• Efficient transactions : Scan grocery items, process sales, and handle monetary transactions with care.
• Bagging with care : As needed, bag items thoughtfully to ensure products reach their destination in the condition they left our store.
• Stay Informed : Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements to assist guests effectively.
• Maintain order : Keep your register station neat and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Communication : Relay guest requests to the Guest Services leadership team as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Quality standards : Ensure all quality and quantity standards are met, especially during peak times at 10 am and 5 pm.
• Teamwork : Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
• Honor commitments : Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
