Customer Service Representative Ii
Customer Operations Support contributes to Cardinal Health by establishing, maintaining, and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution. The representative II, customer service operations is responsible for providing services to customers by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research, and order problem / dispute resolution.
Responsibilities :
- Offer professional and timely service as a representative of Cardinal Health at-home.
- Support an inbound call queue, providing assistance in placing orders, searching products, processing returns, responding to order inquiries, providing delivery updates, and answering questions.
- Provide problem resolution for order issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications :
High school diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.2-4 years' experience in customer service preferred.Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required.Team-oriented mindset.Demonstrate a passion for healthcare.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.What is expected of you and others at this level :
