Job descriptionDiagnose, repair, and maintain Honda vehicles (and other makes) Perform quality inspections and recommend services to customers Collaborate with service advisors and fellow techs to deliver top-tier service Stay up to date with the latest Honda technical bulletins and procedures Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Hands-on, team-oriented who is committed to business improvement processes. Strong problem-solving capabilities. Management skills : Ability to lead, take charge, and offer direction Critical thinking-using logic to weigh various approaches to resolving problems Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships to have constructive and cooperative working relationships Initiative-willing to take on new responsibilities and challenges Ability to manage multiple priorities.
