Inside Sales Manager For Business Development
This role will be based out of Jacksonville, FL - 9000 Southside Blvd, Jacksonville, Florida 32256 and New Braunfels, TX - 1511 Common St, New Braunfels, TX 78130. As an Inside Sales Manager for Business Development, you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to driving growth across our sales verticals. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an inside sales team. Provide high level customer service while maximizing sales and gross profit. Ensure customers receive prompt and efficient service. Maintain profitability through report analysis, identification of trends, issue resolution and implementing solutions.
Major tasks, responsibilities, and key accountabilities include overseeing the inside sales process, supporting and tracking all inside sales initiatives, researching and preparing sales orders and quotes, ensuring associates receive training, assisting associates in resolving problems associated with customer service, following up on all sales orders to ensure full shipment / fulfillment, and handling customer inquiries and problem resolution.
The nature and scope of this role requires analysis and investigation, achieving planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience. It manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and / or indirectly supervises support staff. The work environment is located in a comfortable indoor area, typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time, and most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move about.
Education and experience typically require a BS / BA in a related discipline and generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. Certification may be required. An advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
