Position Overview Fine Tune is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to assist the Program Manager in the Energy and Utilities Services category. This role will support the implementation and delivery of energy and utility bill-pay program management services for Fine Tune clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication with stakeholders. ​ The Program Coordinator will contribute to process optimization, analytical tasks and client interactions. ​ This fully remote role requires US residency.

Responsibilities and Duties ​

• Manage client accounts to include onboarding new accounts, closing accounts, addressing invoice inquiries, facilitating payments and resolving client concerns
• Support the management of billing transitions and resolve issues related to missing invoices.
• Support Billing Analysts in the timely management of bill processing and retrieval
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the seamless implementation of utility bill payment program management
• Work closely with Program Manager in ongoing projects related to bill-pay management process optimization ​and implementation
