Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of wireless accounts to foster strong client relationships
• Serve as the primary point of contact for account-related inquiries and requests
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive customer savings, meet customer needs, and save them time
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues
• Prepare and present reports on account performance
• Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategies

Benefits

This is an hourly position with a significant commission and bonus component. Total cash compensation for well performing account managers ranges from $110,000-130,000 / year. In addition, we offer company subsidized healthcare options and a 2% 401k match.
