Working Hours : M-F 10 AM - 6 PM EST M-F - 11 PM - 7 AM PHT

Salary : 1,200 - 1,500 USD (P65k - P82k)

Our collections are designed based on detailed big data analysis of market trends by consumer segments and matching these to a retailer’s existing as well as potential customers.

Duties / Responsibilities :

Day to day the controller will input sales invoices issued by internal staff. Invoices are emailed to customers and a copy is emailed to finance@.

We also sell on two other sales channels direct to consumers. Amazon and The Real Real. Those sales are manually imported from each platform on a weekly basis and those respective sale channel reserve accounts are reconciled.

At the beginning of each month, the controller issues invoices for marketing services that we also offer. This is usually done in the first or second week of the month.

Twice a month (mid and end) credit customers are sent a statement of open invoices to help with monitoring accounts receivable.

Weekly there are payables that are paid. Bills are received by finance@. Recurring bills are posted and tracked in Quickbooks.

Others are forwarded to the owners to verify that the bill is legit and then tracked. Payables are paid once a week.

At the beginning of each month, the bank and credit cards are reconciled.

Skills / Requirements :

Someone who has 8-10 years of proven experience in book-keeping, invoicing, managing accounts payables & receivables, payroll management, preparing monthly reporting statements (p&l, cash flow, balance sheet etc), and financial analysis.

Proficient in Quickbooks and Excel as well as a strong understanding of Google Suite.

Experience with Slack messaging tool a plus.

Experience working for a US-based company is preferred, along with a solid understanding of US accounting practices.

We would ideally like a candidate that would be willing to work as close as possible to our standard US hours, but we can be somewhat flexible for the right candidate.

Has good communication skills (both written and verbal)
