Position Summary
Reporting to the Knowledge and Training Manager for Treasury and Finance, the Trainer II will be responsible for identifying gaps and needs in the department training program and developing and delivering training to a broad audience. The team is seeking a creative, detailed-oriented trainer with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate is experienced in developing curriculum for a wide range of technical tasks and delivering training to diverse populations in multiple formats.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Design and facilitate engaging and supportive new hire onboarding training.
- Develop professional training courses with accompanying tools, knowledge checks, and learner assessments that help learners succeed and meet business goals.
- Create dynamic, self-paced training modules for asynchronous learners.
- Create and deliver clear communication to ensure that staff are informed of changes and updates.
- Review learner outcomes to identify areas for improvement and communicate findings to leaders at varying organizational levels.
- Compile, analyze, and deliver reporting on KPIs to leadership.
- Display excellent organizational skills; be able to manage shifting priorities and perform administrative tasks related to the position (e.g., scheduling training, coordinating meetings, maintain records, etc.).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in education, training and development, communication (or similar discipline) and / or a combination of education and relevant experience.Minimum 3 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering training to adult learners, preferably in the financial sector or similar field.Experience with learning development tools, such as Articulate, and other relevant software, such as Lucid and PowerPoint.Demonstrated experience developing self-paced training modules.Experience creating and utilizing assessments as part of a continuous improvement model.Advanced user of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, and above-average end-user computer skills.Effective presentation and classroom management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated experience with working with multiple stakeholders, and managing multiple simultaneous projects with deadlines.Ability to work well with minimal supervision.Preferred Experience and Skills
5 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering training to adult learners, preferably in the financial sector or similar field.Experience with SharePoint as a knowledge base, and other Microsoft tools, such as PowerAutomate and PowerBI.Experience with Dayforce as an LMS.Intermediate-advanced user of other Microsoft Suite applications, such as Excel and Access.Experience with data analytics, such as compiling and analyzing data from multiple sources.Audio editing experience.Credit One Bank, N.A. is a data-driven financial services company based in Las Vegas.
