One of only five computing-focused schools among Association of American Universities (AAU) members, UC Irvine's Donald Bren School of Information and Computer Sciences is home to the departments of Computer Science, Informatics, and Statistics. The school's mission is to lead innovation in human-centered information and computing technologies, understand their economic and social significance, and develop an educated workforce to further advance technology. Your Role on the Team
DBSICS seeks a Director of Student Affairs with commitment, motivation, and experience to develop and implement strategies. The Director will develop, administer, and evaluate programs to enhance academic advising and student experience, provide direction to professional academic advisors, interact with other campus units, and provide support to the school's administration, faculty, and students.
The scope of work includes :
Managing the undergraduate student academic advising unit in the Donald Bren School of Information and Computer Sciences. Formulate policies and procedures for the student academic advising program. Develops the long-term organizational and strategic goals of the unit. Manage the finances and human resources for the office. Establish goals and policies to meet UCI and UC growth trends and targets, including population demographics.

The expected pay range for this recruitment is $88,000- $124,800.00 (Annual).
