Summary Of Role :

Oversee team representation across all corporate QMS forums.

Essential Responsibilities :

Provide leadership in developing and fostering the quality mindset within the Fab 9 community. Strategize and lead internal quality initiatives to support business needs and evolving customer needs. Own and drive all manufacturing quality metrics to targets and drive continuous improvement (Excursions, Near Misses, On-time submission, AI closure, Escapes, etc). Drive timely and effective closure of internal corrective / preventive action process and prevent recurrence through robust problem solving and 8D methodology. Work with global quality teams to ensure we strive for ONEGF policy, practices and principles. Act as a catalyst to enable risk-based thinking & quality mindset culture Fab9 Supporting various departments by collecting and coordinating internal quality processes across various departments, conducting ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks, managing and reporting compliance breaches and exposures. Enable a robust business process to enable successful executions of all elements to support each individual process flow here in Fab9. Work closely with the Process Integration, Advanced Module Engineering and all other support group stakeholders for successful execution of all the needed steps of each process within the specific business processes scope. Own, drive the KPI (Key Process Indicators) for each business process to and drive continuous improvements by identifying opportunities for improvements. Drive continuous improvements to key systems and business process through structured training program implementation. Support global quality initiatives on business process and system improvements. Supervises 8 subordinates - Manufacturing Quality Engineers & Manufacturing Quality Technicians

Other Responsibilities :

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications :

Education - Three or Four year Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Process Technology, or related discipline, or a foreign equivalent. Experience - 6 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or any engineering / quality / manufacturing related job titles. Applicant must possess at least 6 years of experience in the following : (1) quality, module engineering, integration, or yield engineering; (2) structured problem solving including 8D skills and root cause analysis; (3) IATF / ISO9001 audit; (4) Statistical Process Control; (5) Quality Management Systems (QMS); and (6) Semiconductor manufacturing.

Expected Salary Range

Salary range : $179,780-$204,500 / year. The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
