Key Responsibilities

Complete tracking, monitoring, and disbursing of mortgage insurance related to mortgage loans

Process borrower cancellation requests and monitor automatic terminations

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding mortgage insurance processes

Required Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in mortgage insurance processes or relevant mortgage servicing departments

Knowledge of industry standards and consumer protection laws impacting escrow operations

Highly organized, reliable, and results-driven

Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center equipment / software programs

Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
