Entry-Level Accounting Clerk
The Entry-Level Accounting Clerk is responsible for providing basic support in day-to-day accounting operations. This role performs routine tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and assisting with financial record keeping to help maintain accurate and organized business accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Enter data into accounting systems quickly and accurately.
- Reconcile simple accounts and review transactions for errors.
- Assist with filing and maintaining financial records.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Help prepare reports and spreadsheets as requested by the accounting team.
Requirements Qualifications and Skills :
High school diploma or equivalent required; some coursework in accounting preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
