Workday HCM Core Specialist

A company is looking for a Workday HCM Core Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Provide operational support within the HCM core area, including troubleshooting and resolution of production bugs

Assist with weekly releases, testing solutions, and participating in unit testing as needed

Implement business process optimization enhancements and review backlog items for potential solutions

Required Qualifications

Must be a United States Citizen

1 to 3+ years of experience with Job Taxonomy, Workday Organizations, and HCM Core Business Processes

Workday HCM Pro certification is highly desired

Experience with EIB Loads and production support

Ability to research and demonstrate new Workday functionality
