Salary :

The annual salary for this position ranges from $134,500 - $150,000 + 10% Bonus Target and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting annual salary within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and / or skillset.

Essential Functions

• Lead the full project management implementation lifecycles : planning, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and act as the primary contact for vendors.
• Define and monitor project scope, goals, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
• Drive data migration, system integration, and customizations to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training programs, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Identify, track, and resolve RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) items.
• Provide regular leadership updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards and IT governance policies.
