Skill : ATM Application Support
Must Have Technical / Functional Skills
A minimum of 8 years of experience is required with a solid understanding of ATM hardware, software, and its architectural design.
Production support experience in application support (L2 / L3).
The associate must be capable of identifying the root causes of ATM issues and conducting first-level troubleshooting.
The associate must understand basic security protocols and procedures.
The associate must have a basic knowledge of ATM application servers, database management systems, and third-party software, including their licensing processes.
The associate must be familiarized with ATM software deployment procedures, whether through RLM or manual processes.
The associate is expected to engage with clients and vendor partners on a daily basis, ensuring that all business-as-usual (BAU) processes operate smoothly.
The associate must have the ability to conduct pre-production functional and regression validation on different ATM models, as well as to effectively communicate the pre-production validation outcomes to all stakeholders and LOB.
Monitoring the ATM software compliance / third party software audit and informing all the stakeholders and LOB for any issues / findings.
Prioritize the tasks accordingly and complete it within expected deadlines.
Regular monitoring of incident queues is necessary to ensure that all incident management (IM) and Service-Now requests are addressed within the specified service level agreements (SLAs) :
Follow the change management process for any new changes and perform the validations / System checks post-production deployment.
Collaboration with multiple teams is required to resolve any issues or concerns related to ATM application issues.
Timely addressing of all vulnerabilities. variances. and findings related to the supported Application is essential.
