We’re looking for a Critical Care Nurse Manager to lead our CVICU and CCU teams. The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on leader who values teamwork, quality, and patient-centered care.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations for the CVICU and CCU
• Lead and mentor nursing staff to provide safe, high-quality care
• Collaborate with physicians and hospital leaders to improve outcomes
• Manage staffing, budgets, and resources effectively
• Promote professional growth and a positive team culture
