We’re seeking an experienced ICU Nurse Manager to lead our critical care team with compassion, collaboration, and excellence.
About the Role
The Nurse Manager (NM) is a registered nurse and hands-on leader responsible for the daily operations and performance of the ICU. Reporting to the Director of Critical Care Services, the NM ensures high standards of patient care, staff engagement, and compliance with hospital policies.
This role calls for a strong communicator and problem-solver who can motivate, mentor, and develop nursing staff while maintaining quality outcomes and resource efficiency. The Nurse Manager serves as a change agent, promoting continuous improvement and fostering a positive, respectful work culture.
