Salary : $120,000 - $170,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our multifamily construction projects. This is a permanent position, offering a unique opportunity to take charge of significant projects and make a meaningful impact on communities.

Responsibilities :

1. Overseeing the entire lifecycle of multifamily construction projects, from initial conception to final completion.

2. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.

3. Managing the budget, timeline, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

4. Conducting regular site visits to monitor the project and make necessary adjustments.

5. Ensuring all work is carried out in line with safety regulations and quality standards.

6. Resolving any issues or delays that may affect the timeline of the project.

7. Communicating effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to keep them informed about the project progress.

8. Preparing and presenting project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.

9. Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.

Qualifications :

1. A minimum of 7 years of experience in construction and 2 years as a Project Manager who has run a ground up multifamily project.

2. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, safety regulations, and building codes.

4. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, multifamily construction projects from start to finish.

5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

7. Proficiency in project management software.

8. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

9. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
