What you'll do:

• Be on the frontlines of lead generation and customer acquisition
• Educate homeowners on how solar works and how it can eliminate their electric bills
• Conduct in-home energy consultations based on utility bill assessments
• Explain government incentives and long-term benefits of switching to solar
• Utilize a variety of outreach strategies including door-to-door canvassing, calls, emails, and events
• Represent Prosolar with professionalism and integrity in every interaction
• Master our CRM system and sales tools to track and close high-ticket deals ($20K$100K)
• Earn the trust of clients, guiding them confidently through the solar transition
• Close deals at your pace once you're ready (typical ramp-up: 2 weeks to 2 months)
