Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive account management strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
Lead and mentor a high-performing account management team, establishing clear goals and performance metrics
Foster strong relationships with key customers and collaborate with internal partners to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
Required Qualifications
Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Demonstrated success in account management and building long-term customer relationships
Strong sales acumen with a solid understanding of sales processes and strategies
Experience in negotiating complex agreements related to software and technology
Ability to analyze market data and sales performance to inform strategic decisions
