Recruiting Manager

A company is looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead recruiting efforts across the U.S. and Canada.

Key Responsibilities :

Own full cycle recruiting across all departments and levels

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and design inclusive hiring processes

Build recruiting infrastructure, including processes and metrics, that scales with growth

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in high growth environments

Proven success in hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and technical roles

Experience in recruiting and growing teams in the U.S. and Canada

Ability to build or improve recruiting systems and employer branding initiatives

Strong organizational skills and a data-driven mindset with modern recruiting tools
