Senior AI Software Engineer

We're looking for a senior-level software engineer with strong AI product experience to join a mission-driven team focused on improving access to care through intelligent, AI-enabled tools. This is a unique opportunity to lead hands-on integration of large language models and machine learning into real-world systems with a direct impact on how individuals and organizations navigate complex support workflows.

What You'll Do

• Build and deploy AI-powered features, including tools for automation, smart documentation, and decision support
• Integrate LLMs and ML services directly into the product experience to enhance user and clinical workflows
• Work closely with design, ops, and product to shape user-facing AI functionality
• Own core development across the stack, including backend logic and cloud deployment
• Drive zero-to-one projects, shipping fast while balancing quality and reliability
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure our AI tooling aligns with privacy, compliance, and ethical standards
