We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineer who thrives in building scalable, performant, and user-friendly web applications-ideally someone who can turn complex ideas into clean, maintainable code across the entire stack. While experience with AI-enhanced features is a bonus, this role is primarily about full stack engineering excellence.

What You'll Need to Bring

8+ years of experience designing and developing robust full stack applications

Solid hands-on experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript, SQL / NoSQL, C# / JAVA

Strong Python skills (a must-have)

Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals :

OOP design principles

Asynchronous programming

Lazy loading, caching, performance optimization

A sharp problem-solver who can think creatively and architect solutions outside the norm

Proven track record of owning features end-to-end : from design to testing, deployment, and production support

Experience with code quality, testing, CI / CD pipelines, and secure coding practices

Nice to Have / Bonus Skills

Exposure to AI / ML integration in production systems (e.g., embedding search, AI assistants, language models)

Familiarity with AI concepts like RAG, vector databases, LLM fine-tuning, agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph)

Exposure of scaling from AI ideas to fully deployed features with QA, security, and monitoring
