ABOUT YOUR ROLE :

This role is full-time, with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 7 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM.

As our Automotive Service Advisor, you'll be at the heart of everything we do. You will engage with customers from the moment they walk in, communicating with them respectfully and professionally to understand their vehicle needs. You'll manage all aspects of service coordination, including estimating repair costs, processing work orders, and ensuring customers are informed every step of the way. You'll handle billing, offer guidance on repair options, and always ensure the highest level of service is provided. Every day, you'll be an essential part of a collaborative team, working towards our goal of providing top-tier auto repair service while growing professionally through training and hands-on learning opportunities.
