Facilities Coordinator

Description :

We are currently seeking to add a Maintenance Prep team member to support and assist our maintenance team. Maintenance staff are responsible for overall property maintenance and related mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other operational / functional systems.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Vacant apartment prep
• Perform, with good workmanship, all assigned maintenance projects in a timely manner
• Perform plumbing, electrical, painting, concrete, masonry, minor extermination and carpentry work
• Repair, replace or install signage, glass, tile, carpet, cove base, fixtures, venetian blinds, locks, doorknobs and hinges etc.
• Inspections
• Turn Inventory control
• Perform, with good workmanship, all assigned maintenance projects in a timely manner
• Janitorial
• Assist in janitorial work by performing necessary "on-the-spot" corrections and reporting deficiencies in janitorial services
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience :

Physical Functions

Bending, kneeling, stretching, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, squatting, lifting up to sixty (60) pounds, running and lifting over sixty (60) pounds occasionally.
