Facilities Administrative Coordinator
Shady Grove Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Facilities Administrative Coordinator who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Facilities Administrative Coordinator you will :
Oversee and maintain the facility CMMS system.
Oversee the operations of the facilities office area.
Order and maintain adequate levels of office supplies.
Provide training on CMMS system to new staff.
Collect and share departmental information such as productivity, financial, quality (process improvement), customer service, and ad hoc reports.
Schedule and communicate promptly with hospital leadership, physicians, and other departmental teams in order to enhance productivity and satisfaction.
Participate and implement quality improvement projects, as directed.
Organize office services such as purchasing, records control, communication with internal and external stakeholders, and other administrative activities for the Department of Facility Services.
Qualifications include :
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years related administrative experience and / or training providing support to management, preferably in a facilities department.
Work Schedule :
Day shift 8am-4 : 30pm
Pay Range : $24.41 - $34.18
If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as : United States of America (Non-Exempt)
