We are seeking a Vice President, Global Biometrics to lead our high-performing biometrics organization, encompassing biostatistics, data standards, and statistical programming . This executive role is critical to Rho’s continued success in delivering high-quality, regulatory-compliant clinical research solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across all global biometrics functions.
• Drive innovation and excellence in data quality, statistical methodology, and regulatory submission support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, regulatory, and project teams to ensure seamless integration of biometrics services.
• Champion a culture of scientific integrity, continuous improvement, and team development.
