Role
The Senior Product Designer will contribute to the design team and uphold standard processes in user experience design for our customers. You will build alignments around features and implement design thinking with a deep understanding of how to balance the needs of business customers with digital experiences that deliver. The successful candidate will guide user experience designers.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and guide a small team of designers to ensure high-quality output, while crafting and evolving design principles, guidelines and patterns.
Produce user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI using design systems with minimal oversight. Possesses knowledge of benchmarking and competitive analysis.
Work with project and product managers to plan, build and implement with success while balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with Development, Research, Product Management, Design and Accessibility to maintain consistency across the digital ecosystem and address cross-application design challenges.
Provide high-level design strategy across the company with collaborators presenting to leadership on a weekly basis.
Offer feedback and direction to ensure intuitive and innovative solutions and drive consistency following established design principles, guidelines and patterns.
Demonstrate strong consulting / partnership / problem-solving skills, and ability to operate in an ambiguous environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience
Required :
4 plus years related working experience.
Preferred :
3 plus years Figma experience
Strong communication skills
Sophisticated user journey experience

Base Pay Range : $97,300 - $175,500
Corporate Bonus Target : 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The actual pay will be based on factors such as location, qualifications and experience, and may vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic incentives based on role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance. Some positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on performance.
