What You’ll Do
- Lead & Review : Manage complex individual, business, and trust returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Advise & Educate : Communicate directly with clients and provide forward-thinking planning throughout the year.
- Collaborate : Work alongside our Wealth and Retirement divisions to integrate tax with holistic financial strategies.
- Innovate : Improve systems and workflows using our CCH Axcess stack, Redtail CRM, and Microsoft 365 suite.
- Mentor : Guide staff and contribute to the continued growth of our team and processes.
What You Bring
CPA license (required) with 6+ years in public accounting or boutique tax practice.Deep knowledge of individual, partnership, corporation, and trust taxation.CCH Axcess or comparable software proficiency.Ability to lead engagements and develop team members.A client-first mindset and enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.Why IDA
