We are seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator / Office Manager. We are looking for an individual capable and interested in providing high level support to a group of Commercial Real Estate Brokers as well as support and collaborate with the Company’s Principals on graphic design, advertising material, and PR.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitates the creation of marketing materials, proposals, property offering and tour packages
- Designs and maintains property listings via major real estate listing services and social media
- Utilizes design skill sets with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop design tools
- Maintains effective internal communications ensuring marketing support of brokerage services
- Maintains company website
- Designs and outsource company brand materials
- Provides office management support overseeing office operations and administration
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma / GED required; Bachelor's degree preferredAt least 3-5 years of marketing experienceExperience providing administrative supportProficient in Microsoft suiteKnowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)Ability to communicate professionally with attention to detailAble to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to multi-task in a small office atmosphereMust be personable, flexible and professional and reliableTake pride in all aspects of the job, not just the fun tasks
