A company is looking for an Associate Director, Customer Experience Transformation Project Management (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide centralized project management support across multiple transformation workstreams
Support the Customer Experience Transformation Office in establishing governance structures and preparing executive-level reports
Partner with workstream leads to ensure clarity of scope and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or PMP certification preferred
5+ years of experience in project / program management, ideally in biopharma, life sciences, or healthcare
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, or similar)
Proven success managing complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives
Familiarity with operating model transformation or customer experience design preferred
