THIS ROLE
As a member of the North America Publisher
Partnerships team, you will hold a multifaceted role that helps
determine and execute Audible’s strategic initiatives concerning
its content partners, including some of the world’s biggest
publishers. You will work with various departments across the
business to assist in the development, execution, and management of
our relationships with content partners. Through your business
knowledge and negotiation skills, you will work with the team to
help design deal structures and drive Audible’s growth into the
future.

new content opportunities. You have proven decision-making,
problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skills that
demonstrate your ability to manage the business by the numbers.

As an Associate Manager, North America
Publisher Partnerships, you will...
investigate new partnership opportunities which support Audible’s
strategic goals
deal economics with constituents across the organization (Finance,
Legal, Product, Content, Strategy)
new distribution and content opportunities
hoc strategic analysis to support executive decision-making
areas of opportunity and potential risks
content partners to ensure ongoing relationship development and
management
Audible (Legal, Finance, Marketing, PR, Content Services, Business
Development, etc.) to draft and process contracts, implement deals,
and give exposure to partners via our merchandising and marketing
teams
organization and act as the first line of enforcement of deal terms
if necessary

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of entertainment industry deal negotiation experience
developing financial models and analyzing large data sets
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience communicating complex business concepts in verbal and
written form
resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and
prioritizing tasks
or business development department of a media company
Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and
partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
tools like Tableau
media and publishing
media trends and the evolution of technology distribution platforms

Our compensation reflects the cost of
labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this
position ranges from $86,300 / year in our lowest geographic market
up to $184,500 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based
on a number of factors including market location and may vary
depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon
is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered,
equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be
provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a
