Job Title : Line Leader - Direct Placement

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Leader to join our team in a dynamic food production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the production line, delegating tasks, training new hires, and ensuring production goals and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks effectively on the production line.
• Assist with the training of new hires.
• Fill in on the line during breaks and assign breaks to team members.
• Ensure production goals are consistently achieved.
• Collaborate with the quality department to maintain product quality standards.
• Track and report production metrics accurately.

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $49920.00 / yr.

Health, Dental, Medical and 401K with company match.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Elgin,IL.
