Vp / Director Of Finance

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic VP / Director Of Finance to join our team in Lehi, Utah. In this role, you will oversee critical financial operations, drive strategic initiatives, and provide leadership to a high-performing finance team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise in financial planning, accounting operations, and systems improvement to support our continued growth.

Responsibilities :

Lead the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans to align with organizational goals.

Deliver strategic financial analyses and insights to guide executive-level decision-making.

Create and maintain advanced financial models to assess growth opportunities and franchise performance.

Develop and manage comprehensive reporting tools and dashboards for stakeholders.

Analyze financial and operational metrics across franchise locations and corporate operations to identify trends and opportunities.

Oversee accounting functions including general ledger management, accounts payable / receivable, and financial close processes.

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Implement and maintain robust internal controls and compliance procedures to mitigate risk.

Lead digital transformation initiatives to modernize financial systems and improve efficiency.

Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements : Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with leadership responsibilities.

Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis, cash flow forecasting, and accounting operations.

Strong knowledge of tax compliance processes and regulatory requirements.

Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including financial due diligence and modeling.

Proficiency in financial reporting, business intelligence tools, and system implementation.

Ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
