Singnala We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Event Sales Coordinator to join our team as soon as possible. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales and facilitating events that create memorable experiences for our clients and their guests. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients interested in our event services, managing inquiries and guiding them through the planning and coordination process.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison for clients seeking event servicesIdentify potential sales opportunities and follow up with leadsCoordinate all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, timelines, and vendor managementDevelop and present detailed proposals and contracts to clientsConduct site visits and meetings with clients to assess their needs and preferencesManage event logistics, including staffing, catering, and equipment rentalSkills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in event sales or coordinationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management softwareAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesCreative problem-solving skills and attention to detailBenefits
